The last few months later a lot of posts or status or anything that is in the personal accounts of people in social media, with hashtag #happinessissimple.
Well, happy it is very simple indeed. As long as we enjoy and be grateful for what happens to us. So happy it will indeed be very simple.
As individuals or individuals of ourselves, there are many things that make us happy. Among others :
- Do the work we like
Love your job then you will be happy. The quote is true. As long as we do total work that we really enjoy, then the feeling of happiness will come by itself. Any occupation or hobby that we enjoy and interest. Do it wholeheartedly.
- Sharing with others
Sharing about the problem that befell us to the people we believe is indeed a great relief. Not in the context of the solution we expect but in conditions where there are others who can understand, listen carefully to what we say. It will make us feel happy because there are still people who think we exist.
- Enough sleep
The mind and body will fit and feel fresher when we have a good sleep quality, at least 6 hours of Indonesian sleeping standards. Because with sleep the brain will return fresh and that means the physiological flow of blood will also be smooth. So when the stress condition comes suddenly we can still handle the problem with a cool head and a calm heart.
- Laugh as much as possible
Laugh as much as possible, watch comedy movies, do crazy and fun things, to laugh at your own stupidities. Proven to make the heart more comfortable because the hormone endorphin will increase rapidly when we laugh.
- Forgive yourself and others
A happy feeling can also be created when we forgive our past mistakes. Trying to accept that as a life lesson. Because it could be, what makes us feel unhappy right now is the painful and traumatic things that happened when we were kids. Besides forgiving others and apologizing to others, it is also the key to personal happiness.
- Helping others
Doing little things for others can also make our hearts feel happy. This means that our presence is still very useful for others. Keep on doing good.
- Gathering with familyThis last point is most widely recognized by everyone. That their happy feelings will arise when hanging out with family, spending time together, and doing fun things together with family.
